Jon discusses an apartment fire in Fulton, IL that took the life of 41-year-old Charlene Sipe. The fire was caused by her 12-year-old son, Logan, who was microwaving dangerous objects in their home, to upload to his YouTube channel. Logan has since been charged for criminal damage to property and reckless conduct.
